Who are we ?

Guide, manager and developer

Luc discovered the North Vendée marshland in the early 80’s, when he came to learn his first trade as a wooden ship carpenter.

Evolving towards sports education and professional training, he became passionate about the area, its inhabitants, its traditions and has been sharing it for several decades through nautical and cultural itineraries.

Nautical guide

Anthony, a nature sports enthusiast from a very young age, sets off for the Vendée in 2013.

His love affair with the village of Sallertaine and the surrounding marshes is immediate!

It is with enthusiasm and humour that he will introduce you to the secrets of the Breton-Vendean marshes.

Nautical guide

Magalie discovers La Route du Sel by taking part in the “Canoe de Soirée” trip in 2017. Originally from the region, and with a professional background in environmental education and sustainable development and in ecotourism, it was only natural that she should join the team in 2018. Since then, she has completed her training as a sports instructor to accompany you by bike, on the water and on foot, helping you to discover the riches (of all kinds!) of the Breton marshes of the Vendée, and sharing good moments of discovery with you are the leitmotif of her daily commitment.

Marketing and communication development and reception officer

Dorinda has been attracted to the tourist industry since she was very young and wants to make a career out of it. Originally from Nantes, she began her training with a BTS in Tourism. The training courses she did introduced her to the world of hospitality and direct customer relations. To complete her knowledge, she is undertaking a 3rd year in Marketing specialising in tourism in 2019, which has led her to La Route du Sel where she currently works as a marketing and communication development manager. She will welcome you with a big smile and advise you on the area.
