La Route du Sel is open all year round, by reservation only.
Closed-toe shoes must be worn by all participants for canoeing and cycling.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
If none of the online slots match your availability, contact us and we’ll look at the possibilities together.
Conditions of participation :
- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at 49 rue de Verdun, 85300 Sallertaine (next to the tourist office).
- Closed-toe shoes are compulsory. No flip-flops or open shoes.
- Bring a pen to sign the attendance sheet when you arrive.
Cancellation policy :
- Cancellation by the customer:
If the booked tour is canceled by the participant, the amount of the service will be charged, unless a new date is agreed upon as a replacement, or unless other participants replace them on the same schedule. - Cancellation by La Route du Sel:
Except in the event of adverse weather conditions or external events of force majeure, the cancellation of a tour by La Route du Sel will result in a full refund of any payment made by the customer, without entitlement to any additional compensation. In this case, and depending on its capabilities, La Route du Sel will facilitate and advise on the organization of alternative activities. - Weather conditions:
In the event of unusual weather conditions (rain, strong winds, extreme temperatures), La Route du Sel will always strive to ensure participant satisfaction. In such cases, La Route du Sel will prioritize adjusting the planned activity. If the cost of adjusting the activity is lower than the cost of the activity initially planned, the actual cost will be invoiced. If the customer refuses the proposed adjustments, La Route du Sel may retain part or all of the deposit to cover the costs incurred.
