La Route du Sel is open all year round, by reservation only.
Closed shoes must be worn by all participants for canoeing and cycling.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the time indicated.
If none of the online slots match your availability, contact us and we’ll look at the possibilities together.
Conditions of participation :
- Please arrive 15 minutes before departure at 49 rue de Verdun, 85300 Sallertaine (next to the tourist office).
- Closed-toe shoes are compulsory. No flip-flops or open shoes.
- Bring a pen to sign the attendance sheet when you arrive.
Cancellation policy :
- Cancellation by the customer :
If the tour booked is cancelled by the participant, the full price of the service will be charged, unless a new date has been agreed as a replacement, or unless the tour is replaced by other participants at the same time. - Cancellation by La Route du Sel:
With the exception of unforeseen weather conditions or events beyond La Route du Sel’s control, the cancellation of a tour by La Route du Sel will result in the full reimbursement of any payments made by the customer, without entitling the customer to any additional compensation. In this case, and depending on its possibilities, La Route du Sel will facilitate and advise on the organisation of alternative activities. - Weather conditions:
In the event of particular natural conditions (rain, strong wind, extreme temperatures), at La Route du Sel’s discretion, the satisfaction of participants is always sought. In such cases, La Route du Sel will give priority to organising the planned activity. When the cost of organising the activity is less than that initially planned, the actual cost will be invoiced. In the event that the customer refuses the proposed arrangements, La Route du Sel may retain all or part of the deposit to cover the costs incurred.
